Dear Sir/Madam,

Ruiru Sports Club invites sealed bids from eligible candidates to tender for the supply/provision and delivery of the above mentioned. This tender is prepared in accordance with the Kenya Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005.

1.1 The Tender is open to eligible candidates.

1.2 Eligible candidates may obtain the Tender document from our website and thereafter delivered to our office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KSHS 2,000 per set of tender document during normal working hours or pick the documents at the Managers office upon payment.

1.3 Completed Tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the reception of Ruiru Sports Club on or before 26th,September 2017 at 12.00 P.M. Addressed to;

1.4 Tenders will be opened on 26th, September 2017 at 12.30 P.M in the presence of the candidates’ or their representatives who choose to attend.

1.5 Applications not received at the time of closing the tender shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance

1.6 Giving false information will lead to an automatic disqualification.

1.7 The tenders must sign all the pages in the tender document.

1.8 EXISTING SUPPLIERS MAY REAPPLY FOR NEW SUPPLY CONTRACT.

2. INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS

2.1 Procuring Authority

This procurement is guided by the Public Procurement and Disposal Act 2005 and the Ruiru Sports Club Constitution 2016.

2.2 Eligible Tenderers

The procuring entity’s employees, committee members, board members and their relative (spouse and children) are not eligible to participate in the tender and any bidder who may have been debarred by the Public Procurement Oversight Authority (PPOA) from participating in public tenders.

2.3 Cost of Tendering

The Tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its tender, and the procuring entity, will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the tendering process.

3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS AND TENDER EVALUATION CRITERIA

The following documents will be Mandatory/Compulsory and all tenderers/bidders must attach copies to prove the same. Failure to submit any of the requirements below will lead to automatic disqualification.
