PUBLIC INVITATION
for the Participation to the International Public Tender
for Sale and Long-term Lease of the Tourist Resort
"Bigovo – Trašte", Kotor
TENDER SUBJECT
The subject of the public tender is:
1. the sale of the tourist complex “Bigovo-Trašte“, Kotor, owned by Montenegro, which consists of 38.490 m² surface with 43 facilities of 2.873 m², at the cadastre lot number 2788, registered in LLN 243 cadastre lot municipality Glavatičići – Kotor, and
2. long term lease, up to 30 years (with the possibility of extension) of assets made of the land in the part of cadastre lot number 2786/1 of cadastre municipality Glavatičići, of 1.148 m², deirectly along the coast which is 209,58 m long, in the length of cover of the Tourist complex „Bigovo-Trašte“ – Kotor.
The tender of the Privatization Council of the Government of Montenegro for the tourist valorization of Kumbor, Trašte, Bigovo (hereinafter: Tender Commission) invites the qualified international foreign and domestic investors (legal and physical persons) to submit their bids for the long-term lease of assets stated in items 1 and 2 of this Tender.
The participation to the Tender will be made possible to interested bidders which have purchased the Tender Documents.
The potential tender bidders should submit a written request for the purchase of Tender Documents to the following address: Ministarstvo odbrane – Tenderska komisija za turističku valorizaciju Kumbora, Trašte, Bigova, ul. Jovana Tomaševića br. 29, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro.
Upon the receipt of the request, the Tender Commission shall forward to the potential bidder the Confidentiality Statement and payment instructions for signing, after which the singed Statement should be returned to the Tender Commission.
The detailed information related to the procedure and terms of sale and long term lease of the above mentioned assets (Bidders’ instructions, Information memorandum, Contract Draft and other Tender documents) will be made available from the Tender Commission for the fee of 10.000 EUR.
The Tender Documents Fee shall be paid at the account of the Privatization Council:
- 400876851700 with Crnogorska komercijalna banka AD Podgorica, for payments from abroad, or
- 510-8810-91 with Crnogorska komercijalna banka AD Podgorica, for domestic payments.
The deadline for Bid submission is 25 May, 2009 (Monday) by 3 pm (local time). Bids are to be submitted to the below address:

When submitting Bids by courier services (e.g. DHL or any other courier service), the deadline for document delivery, as stipulated herein, must be taken into account.
Together with the Bid, a Tender Participant is to provide a Bank Guarantee for the benefit of the Privatisation Council, in the amount of €420.000, payable at first call, issued by a bank holding a Standard and Poor’s BBB rating or above, or otherwise approved by the Tender Commission at its sole discretion, in response to the Bidder’s request for such approval, or pay a deposit in the same amount to the account of the Privatisation Council:

The above cost shall be borne by the ordering party.
