MOTIVATIONAL CIRCUIT / 0nly 30 minutes to spare? Lack motivation? Try this instructor lead total body workout in the gym, with a coffee reward!
BELOW THE BELT / Session include exercises that concentrate on firming up the tummy, hips and thighs
BOOT CAMP CIRCUIT / Punch, kick and block in this high energy, stress and tension relieving class
ZUMBA AEROBICS
ZUMBA TONE / Move to up beat tunes whilst keeping fit! Have fun and dance!!
Beginners ZUMBA TONE of interval circuit training.
TONE & STRETCH / Easy to follow effective class to firm all the body using resistance ( Bands, Dumbbells, or Tubes) followed by a short stretch
STEP & TONE / Want to burn a few extra calories, Improve stamina and
co-ordination skills, this is the class for you.
Y.P.T. - Yoga, Pilates& Tai-Chi / Improve flexibility, core strength, balance and promote relaxation, in this mind and body class.
PILATES ON THE BALL / This class includes exercises that may help with back problems and also improves posture
HOOP FUSION / A mix of Hula Hoop, and samba,salsa, moves to Latin music
