Commission Plan: £50 per positive referral

Location: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Chiswick

Hours: 30hrs per week Full Time 9:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday

Duration: 12 Months+

HSU International has over 50 customer service positions available for motivated individuals looking for a customer service role. All successful candidates will be enrolled as apprentices and will study for an NVQ Level 2 in Customer service, a BTEC Level 2 in customer service and will receive Telemarketing training. All training and teaching days are fully paid, as such successful apprentices will “earn as they learn”. Moreover, our generous commission plan provides you with the opportunity of earning an uncapped salary. All candidates will receive group and one-to-one mentoring by their experienced team leaders.

We are looking for 16 – 24 year olds who are:

  • Dynamic, motivated, innovative creative, energetic, and questioning;
  • The ability to work in a respectful way with others;
  • Ability and willingness to learn and attend relevant learning and development opportunities;
  • Telemarketing on behalf of internal and external campaigns;
  • Willingness to undertake appropriate training and attending youth working residential;
  • Commitment to the programme in terms of goals, objectives and time;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work without supervision and use own initiative;
  • Establish an interest from the clients being contacted;
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers;
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and enter orders into computers;
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted;
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals;
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as online & telephone directories and lists purchased from other organizations;
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements;
  • Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts;
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders;
  • Schedule appointments for the employer engagement team to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations;
  • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers;
  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service;

You must have,good level English and Maths. Be able to communicate on the telephone and written and be a team player.
