Telecoms Cloud - Apprentice First Line Technical Support Assistant

Telecoms Cloud provides IT and telecoms services to local, national and international organisations. Telecoms Cloud's current customers include the likes of Dominos Pizza, Walkers Snacks, BP, NHS, BT, Barclays Bank and many more.

Responsibilities

·  Writing emails to customers, as well as updating copy on our website and knowledgebase from time to time

·  To help the support department run smoothly and give customers a superb experience

·  The role involves taking phone calls, emails and support tickets from customers as first line technical support

·  Assisting customers either by resolving issues there and then, or escalating issues to second-line support where necessary

·  Providing excellent customer service to ensure that the customers experience is a pleasant on

·  To work our Research and Development team to gain a good understanding about what new features and functionality is being developed, best practices and knowledge, and new product development

·  Provide basic IT support to my colleagues in the office with things like workstation installations, networking and connectivity issues.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualities

·  Ability to pick up and learn new IT systems quickly and learning about the company's systems by performing preventative maintenance on parts of the large telecoms network

·  Have excellent literacy and strong verbal & written communication skills

·  The ability to take pride in your work and to demonstrate my professionalism

·  The ability confidently speak to customers and to build a good friendly professional relationships

·  Liaising with the enquiries team where necessary to deliver additional services to customers.

·  Be commitment to excellent customer service and have strong people skills

·  Keen to continually develop your skills and professional development by attending Telecoms Cloud's training

Minimum Criteria

·  Strong IT skills

·  Excellent communications skills, must be able to sell yourself to the employer

·  The ability to be flexible and focused in a fast passed environment

·  Willing to go the extra mile and be self-motivated.

·  Good customer service skills
