September 25, 2007

1. Welcome and Introductions

Kim Van Pelt called the meeting to order. Introductions were made.

The agenda was adopted as posted.

4. Adoption of Meeting Minutes

The 08/16-17/2007 draft minutes were modified and adopted as posted.

5. New Data Set Development

Transactional Reporting

At its 11/2006 meeting, the Technical Subcommittee noted that the Rate Identification Code 124 was used twice-once in the capacity release data sets (such as the Offer, Bid, Award, etc.) for Rate Per 100 Dekatherm Miles and once in the Transactional Reporting – Interruptible data set for Storage Inventory. Since the 124 Storage Inventory code was published in version 1.6 with the original implementation of the Transactional Reporting – Interruptible data set and the Rate Per 100 Dekatherm Miles code was assigned the 124 code value later (version 1.8), the Storage Inventory code will keep the 124 value and the Rate Per 100 Dekatherm Miles will be modified to code value 131. The Technical Subcommittee will submit a Minor Correction to be considered at the November 2007 EC meeting.

Then, the subcommittee will update the Transactional Reporting Working Document from the segments and levels document.
