The RSA WIOA homepage. Here you can locate the most up to date information on WIOA activities such as the public posting of the draft final rules, RSA

Regional Meetings, frequently asked question guides, and additional WIOA resources. There are links to other federal partner websites and RSA’s TechnicalAssistance Centers (TACs). Also available at the RSA website are notices published in the Federal Register, published monitoring reports, fiscal and programdata on each state vocational rehabilitation (VR) program, contacts for RSA state liaisons and state VR agency contacts.

The National Clearinghouse of Rehabilitation Materials (NCRTM) houses information related to rehabilitation issues. This website is being revised andthe NCRTM hopes to have its new version operational by the first week in August. Upgrades include a dedicated category for RSA Technical Assistance resourcesthat will include all RSA webinars, training events and dedicated comprehensive information on the RSA funded Technical Assistance Centers (TACs). Inaddition, the NCRTM will have a dedicated Twitter news feed that will display the most recent announcements about TA resources, training activities, TAClearning events and communities of practice.

Workforce Innovation Technical Assistance Center

(WINTAC)

RSA funds 7 TA centers but the one that deals directly with WIOA is the Workforce Innovation Technical Assistance Center (WINTAC). The WINTAC is a nationalcenter that provides technical assistance to State Vocational Rehabilitation agencies and other rehabilitation professionals to help them develop the skillsand processes needed to meet the requirements of WIOA requirements. Here you can find information on the WINTAC’s five areas of concentration: pre-employmenttransition services, implementation of section 511 requirements, resources and strategies for competitive integrated employment, integration of VR intothe Workforce Development System, transition to the common performance accountability system under WIOA.

Vocational Rehabilitation Technical Assistance

Center for Youth with Disabilities (VRTAC–Y)

The purpose of the Vocational Rehabilitation Technical Assistance Center for Youth with Disabilities (VRTAC–Y) is to provide TA to State VR agencies toimprove services to and outcomes of: (1) students with disabilities, as defined in section 7(37) of the Rehabilitation Act, who are in school and who arenot receiving services under the IDEA; and (2) youth with disabilities, as defined in section 7(42) of the Rehabilitation Act, who are no longer in schooland who are not employed, including dropouts.
