I agree to participate in the paintball event entirely at my own risk recognising there are hazards in the woods

such as fallen trees, sharp objects, trip hazards etc. and that paintballs can bruise or on rare occasions, break

skin that I shall at all times indemnify the operators in respect of death, personal injury or other accident,

illness or damage to persons or property, howsoever this may arise or be caused. An accident book is

available and any injury to a participant must be notified to the operator, recorded in it and signed by the

injured person or their representative.

I understand that vehicles are parked at owners’ risk and I note the inadvisability of wearing jewellery that

may become entangled or otherwise cause injury during the event. I understand that any paintballs that are

purchased during the day become the players’ responsibility from the time of purchase; the organisers shall

not be responsible for replacing any paintballs that might become lost, stolen or accidentally broken.

I confirm and agree that I will never deliberately shoot anyone in the face or head, or at a distance of less

than three metres; that I will wear the goggles and not remove them in the playing area and that I will obey

all reasonable requests of the Centre’s marshalling personnel. I accept it is the player’s responsibility to

ensure that the goggles that they are issued with fit properly and that the straps are adjusted so as to hold

them sufficiently tightly against their face to prevent them slipping when in use. If in any doubt about how to

adjust the goggles, I will immediately seek advice from a member of staff. Under no circumstances will I

participate in any part of the paintball event if the goggles are not, at all times, held firmly against the face.

I accept that if I remove the goggles for any reason whatsoever when in the gun or game zones, I will

be excluded from participating in the activity for the remainder of the day and that no refund will be

given and no excuse accepted.

I accept that the division of guests into teams is at the discretion of the Centre Manager who will take the

players wishes into consideration, but will make the final decision using his/her own discretion.

I accept that players under and over the age of 16 will be teamed together on most days.

I accept that in order to exercise my right to play I will need to purchase paintballs; I also understand that

if I do not have any paintballs, I cannot play in any further rounds. I accept that paintballs are sold in pots

or scoops of approximate quantity only. These measures are not exact; any reference to a price per ball

is taken as an approximation only. Any shortfall should be reported to the Manager immediately; any excess

is yours to enjoy.

I accept for Health & Safety reasons that only paintballs supplied by Teamforce, on the day of play,

may be used at the Centre.

Photos maybe taken for promotional purposes, please inform the Centre Manager at check in

if you do not want to be included. I do not want to receive news or special offers from Teamforce.
