CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS:
- be seated before the tardy bell with binder, calculator and pencil
- quietly begin daily warm-up problems.
- observe the schedule for the day.
- LISTEN and pay attention during directions, instruction and class discussion.
- stay involved within your group.
ASSIGNMENT EXPECTATIONS:
- Use PENCIL on ALL assignments. You may purchase two pencils from the teacher for 25 cents.
- Show ALL process to receive credit.
- Complete ALL assignments.
HOMEWORK:
- Complete each week’s homework assignment and submit on Friday.
- Each day after the due date will result in a 10% grade reduction on the assignment. After 2 days passed the due date, the assignment will receive no credit (zero).
PROCEDURES FOR GROUPWORK:
- be responsible for their job and the results of the group.
- monitor your volume within the group.
- ASK A team member, if they have a question. Do not ask the teacher.
- be willing to help if a team member asks for help.
- agree on a single question if no one can answer the question and appoint one person to raise a hand for help from the teacher.
FAILURE TO MEET CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS RESULTS IN:
- Warning, Documentation of the Situation, and Parent Contact
- Documentation and Completion of Misconduct Report.
- Documentation and Misconduct Report sent to the Office.
Severe Disruption: Sent to the Office Immediately.
