Scale A Teaching Position

We are looking for aScale A teacher for 2018, fixed term in our Collaborative Learning Environment (Ngakau Mahaki). This is a vertical class from Years 2-6, who use Te Reo Maori and Tikanga to drive the NZC and Tuakana -Teina to meet students social and emotional and learning needs.

We have an exciting vision for the future of our school and it is essential that you work well with others, be a learner, have a sense of humour and are passionate about agency and student achievement. Strengths in Te Ao Maori and a culturally responsive pedagogy are a must.

This position will begin on 31 January 2018, however there is an expectation that teachers will be available from a confirmed date in January to participate in an induction programme and professional learning.
