Individual Scholarship

This application is to be completed for the youth applying for available funds to be used to help cover the cost to attend a RSA sponsored student performing art event or educational training. Funds for this program are provided by Theater Booster Club. The award amount will be determined by the TBC Sponsorship fund committee; the awarded amount will be no greater than 50% of the cost of the event, and will not exceed $100. This fund is not to provide money for students to attend a performance as a spectator. If the student does not attend the event, funds must be returned to TBC. Applicants will be notified of the award amount, if any, by mail, phone or email.

Please read all instructions before completing. Be sure to fill in all applicable spaces. If there is not adequate room within a category you may attach a separate piece of paper to the application. Application deadline will be30 days prior to the event has been established for applications to be considered for funding. Student applicants must meet the citizenship and academic standards of the school to be considered. Requests can be made for more than one event in a school year.

TBC Sponsorship Fund will make every effort to provide an answer and terms to the request within 60 days of the receipt. Funding of the request will be made by check written to the parent or teacher directly depending on who requested funds.
