The 2010 TEI Golf Outing is returning to the “country club” manicured Bay Pointe Golf Club (but still “occasional” golfer friendly) in West Bloomfield, MI. The following features are included in TEI’s 2010 Golf Outing for the $75 registration fee.

TEAM SCRAMBLE RULES
JUNE 7, 2010
1) 4 Person Teams - any combination of men and women.
2) Men tee off from white tees; ladies tee off from red tees.
3) After each person tees off, choose the shot you like best - everyone hits from where that shot ended up and then you choose again, repeating the process until you complete the hole. There are no restrictions on whose shots may be used.
4) You are allowed to hit from within one club-length from where the chosen shot finished, no nearer the hole, but the one club-length rule does not allow you to move out of the rough if the chosen shot finished in the rough, out of a sand trap if the chosen shot finished in a trap, on to the green if the chosen shot did not finish on the green, or in bounds if the shot you wished to use finished out of bounds.
Locker room and shower facilities are available at the Bay Pointe Golf Club
The clubhouse facilities will be available for playing cards after dinner (or in the event of rain).
Unless you arrange your own foursome and indicate as such on the reservation form below, foursomes will be assigned.
Reservation forms must be received no later than May 21, 2010. Cancellations after that date will not be refunded.
If you don't play golf yourself, please consider sending members of your staff who do play, especially those who attend meetings or participate in other TEI activities. This year's event is a team scramble format - more fun, guaranteed!

Bay Pointe Golf Club reserves the right to refuse to serve any guest any alcoholic beverages if it has been determined the guest may be intoxicated or is a minor.
All food and beverage served at the Club is to be provided by the Club.
All Federal, State and Local laws with regard to food and beverage purchases and consumption are strictly adhered to. Michigan law prohibits any intoxicating beverage from being brought into public function rooms or areas on Club premises.
NO COOLERS are allowed on the golf course.
DRESS CODE:
Men: Slacks or bermuda shorts. No cut-offs or jeans. Shirt with sleeves and collars. No tank tops.
Women: Slacks or bermuda shorts. No cut-offs, jeans or short shorts. Appropriate blouse or shirt. No halter tops.
All players must wear spike-less golf shoes or soft-soled shoes.
It is understood that all local rules of golf as well as the rules and regulations of Bay Pointe Golf Club will apply to all participants of the outing.
The Club assumes no liability for any damages, destruction, or injuries which may occur to any person associated with this tournament while on the Clubs property. The tournament Contractor/Sponsor assumes all responsibility for damages which may occur as a result of the tournament. All players are responsible for their own personal property, golf clubs, and equipment.
