  • CARS is aging and very important
  • Usability of software and solutions is low
  • Instructors inconsistent use of Technology
  • Wireless connectivity is troublesome, including printing
  • Help desk need to improve customer service consistence
  • Integrate Email and Calendar is needed to help organize themselves
  • Speed of change to comply with strategic alignment process is disruptive, and possibly of lower value
  • Carlson must stay current with Software and training
  • Integration between software systems is poor and needed

  • Labs and Printing is important and great (wireless printing is problematic)

  • Web site navigation need improvement, information on class information, instructor feedback, hard to navigate, needs more social network touch, move the top pages visited to the top of the navigation, too much info on the site
  • Wireless and printing are important they need to work flawlessly, we want color and double sided, drivers need to be available for all devices, log queues are an issue
  • WebCT works but is confusing, RSS or email me when changes happen, and remove old course sections, liked ClassNet better
  • I rarely use any of the Carlson systems
  • Inconsistent use of WebCT, want more online, want more of information to be put there, want grades online during term
  • Room reservations are an important service Tech fees are inequitable, low value, want to know where they go?, feel they should provide more for money

  • Off campus connectivity is important
  • Collaboration solutions are needed File sharing (doc mgmt) needs to be easy, email and calendar are so bad they don't use the calendars, use Google Software training focused on Stats Software not MS Office, and it should be online

  • Things have to work and work quick we don’t have any time to waste, printing and laptops have to work, color would be nice
  • Feel rushed like helpdesk doesn't have enough time for me
  • Central can't help with Carlson problems Friendly and helpful but can't always provide a complete answer, uneducated
  • CARS help is hard to get
  • Strike in the start of was bad
