AGA POU

Aga Pou is the main designer and owner of a clothes company called “Na Pokaz”. In 2010 she completed her MA in the Faculty of Textile and Fashion at the Academy of Art in Łódź, and half a year later she was distinguished with an invitation to take part in the Designer Avenue during the Fashion Week in Łódź. The “Zaplątani” collection presented then was inspired with Polish folk clothes from the vicinity of Hrubieszów and with the traditional paper cuts from Kurpie region. This inspiration, combined with Aga Pou’s imagination, proved to be a fascinating blend, resulting in exceptional clothes characterised among others by asymmetry, unique shape, beautiful though carefully designed colours and the highest quality of fabrics imported from Norway for this collection. Another success of “Zaplątani” was the award in the competition called Talent Warsaw Fashion Street 2011. Besides, one of male garments, having won the competition organised by the Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw, entered the museum exhibition.

The latest Aga Pou’s collection is entitled „Flower Power” and is inspired with one of the hotter trends of the season. Explosion of colours and frenzy of floral patterns are the leitmotif here. The clothes are made from high quality sateen fabrics, chiffons and eco-leather. Exceptional fabrics, vivid colours and daring combinations are matched by unique designs, extraordinary care about every detail and the highest quality of workmanship. The collection comprises funny yet stylish, airy dresses, skirts, colourful trousers, flowery jackets, shirts and unique suits where the designer offered highly daring patterns.
