She will take pics and post in a private gallery with all shots.
I will then go to your gallery and choose the best 2 looks
(1 dramatic, 1 commercial)
I will then let Michelle know which 2 to retouch.
She will retouch and get them back to you.

Bring a flash drive with you to the session at AOS.
Decide on top 20.
Bring in flash drive with Kamber or an agent to choose best 2 looks
(1 dramatic, 1 commercial)
Retouch photos when you order through argentum (instructions on next page)

HOW TO ORDER HEADSHOTS
Go to
Select “Services” from the tabs on the left of the screen
Select “Headshots”
Select “Start Here”
Select “Want To Order Headshots WITH Retouching”
Select “Continue”
Enter name that will appear on headshot and email address where you would like to receive retouched images and notifications
Choose Image – you must do one image at a time
Select “Upload”
Leave ALL retouching options checked, no special instructions
Price for retouching is $45.00.
Select “Order Retouching”
Enter discount code “ARG20”
Select “Sumbit”
Retouched images will be sent to you before you complete the rest of the process.
Choose the first option for image setup
Always select photo reduction paper.
Add a basic white border (this is the large area around the picture)
Add a black key line (this is a thin line just around the picture)
Add first and last name (no middle initial), aligned to the left, with Arial font size 30pt, upper and lower case
You will be sent an email with your completion date after you submit your final image with retouching and setup.
To order finished product, first select quantity and US Postal Service – Fedex.
You need 35 headshots and resumes for Talent INC

HOW TO DO YOUR RESUME
1. Download Resume Template from Acting Out. It is on the Talent Inc Page on actingoutstudio.com
2. Make sure you do page setup on your computer for 8x10. This way when you print it, you can cut the sides and it will be stapled on the back of the 8x10 headshots.Flat side of staple should be on picture.
3. Make sure you add all the training at the bottom exactly like I have it. This is all additional training if you have it including your class at Acting Out Studio. Training should go from most recent.
Ex. Acting for the Camera Your instructor. Acting Out Studio
4. Only add what you have done. If you don't have Commercial experience for example, then take that header out. If you have Theater experience then add the header Theater. If you have no experience except for the training that is okay. Just have the training header and special skills. There are no dates on an acting resume.
5. If your child has an agent then use the agency logo and resume template. If you don't have an agent then use the AOS template.
6. Don't change the fonts on the resume. We want them all to look the same.
7. When adding height at top, do so in inches.
8. Use plain white paper not resume paper. Acting resumes are different than professional resumes.
All Talent Inc Accounts must be paid in full a month prior to event. No exceptions. This includes extra competitions (50.00) or observer fees (150.00).Every child that is going needs an observer.

WHAT TO WEAR AT TALENT INC
All wardrobe must be approved before we go to Talent Inc.
Workshop Attire- This should be nice casual. No tank tops, not holes in jeans. This isyour first impression and you want to look great.
Improv/Film Scene & TV Commercial - All talent will wear khaki pants, shorts, capris or skirt with a Talent Inc. show t-shirt which can be purchased for $20.00 at the event. Ladies wear flat shoes. You may also wear a form fitting black t-shirt if you do not want to purchase a show t-shirt.
Vocal- Choose an outfit that is appropriate for the style of the song.
Dance- A costume that is appropriate for the style dance and music selection. No heavymakeup for 12 and under.
Photography- Girls and Women wear a short black skirt or slacks and a form fitting bright color top. Women 13 and up should have black heels. Boys and Men wear black slacks and a solid bright color collared shirt. Men should wear dress black shoes, socks and belt.
Swimsuit- Women wear a one or two piece swimsuit and nude heels with a back (no wedge heels). Men wear board short style trunks or square cut speedo type trunks and bare feet. Hip measurement for ladies can be no more than 37” to participate. This category is for models between the ages of 13 and 30. Older models will need to have approval before entering this event.
Runway- Talent should choose a high fashion look that you would see on the runways on New York. You are allowed to wear jeans if they are new dress jeans. No worn out or torn jeans. Wear an outfit that shows your sense of style.
Industry Networking- It is fine to wear the outfit that you were in for the previous showcase as schedules could be tight with no time for a change.
Interviews- Each Talent should wear a nice pair of jeans and a solid form-fitting shirt. All shoes should be flats. Women 13 and up should bring a 2 piece swimsuit for possible digitals. Women must not wear makeup. Only chap stick, minimal mascara and powder.
Red Carpet Reception and Dance Party- Each Talent should dress up for this occasion. It can be anything from an outfit that you would wear to church all the way to formal. NO JEANS OR SHORTS.
