DESCRIPTION OF INTEGRATION

The integration uses an iframe within the Taleo View Candidate page, an API user to send back field results and preconfigured smart filters and reports to allow user to view details quickly in Taleo.

Before setting up the customer, contact our Account Management team to receive list of company code values that are required for the customer install. Email: IntegrationSupport@ partner.com.

Typical Steps for Completing Integration

  1. Partner and customer agree on completing a partner cloud service integration to TBE
  2. Customer enters a Support Request with Oracle and Oracle advises customer of Partner’s standing as a Cloud Partner Marketplace customer
  3. Customer and Partner complete the integration
  4. If there are any issues that cannot be resolved enter a Support Request with Oracle to assist in troubleshooting
