Celebrity Series of Boston

“Take Your Seat Program” for 2011/2012

Celebrity Series of Boston offers the arts, education and community program, “Take Your Seat.” It’s a great opportunity to enjoy performances for $10.00 per ticket! The goal of this project is to expose as many young people as possible to music and dance.

Celebrity Series of Boston requests that schools participating in the program adhere to a minimum of 4 students to every 1 adult chaperone for each submitted order.

HOW TO ORDER
Please read carefully. This is very important!
All orders require a ratio of 4 Students per 1 Adult to be processed by the Celebrity Series.

(An exception is made in the case of special needs students. Please mention, if this is the case.)

1.  The order deadline is marked next to each performance.

2.  Please print and return this form with your order.

3.  Make out checks to “Celebrity Series of Boston.” $10 per ticket (including adult tickets). Minimum order is for 5 tickets for $50. An individual check is required for each performance. Please include the name and date of the performance in the notes section of the check. Cash or credit cards are not accepted.

4.  Please submit form and payment in an envelope. Write the Student’s Name, His/Her Grade & Teacher’s Name on the envelope.

5.  Place your envelope with the order form and check in the “Celebrity Series” mailbox (with PTO mailboxes).

6.  Tickets are typically distributed to students one week prior to the performance in their take-home folders.

7.  If additional adults wish to attend the performance, they may purchase tickets at full price. Please contact for more details on purchasing additional adult tickets. www.celebrityseries.org
