STEP TWO:

TAKE 7 MANILA FOLDERS & LABEL SUNDAY-SATURDAY

TAKE THE REMAINDER & LABEL NOVEMBER – OCTOBER (IF YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TO GO ALL THE WAY TO OCTOBER IT’S FINE – YOU REALLY ONLY NEED ABOUT 6 MONTHS OUT)

PUT EACH DAY IN A SEPARATE FILE POCKET IN THE EXPANDABLE FILE. PUT AS MANY MONTHS IN A SEPARATE POCKET TOO – WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF POCKETS, JUST PUT THE REMAINING MONTHS TOGETHER IN THE LAST POCKET.

STEP THREE:

DECIDE WHICH DAY OF THE WEEK YOU WILL BE STARTING YOUR CALLS. FOR EXAMPLE PURPOSES, LETS SAY YOU CHOOSE MONDAY TO START YOUR 21 DAY CHALLENGE.

MONDAY = DAY 1, TUESDAY = DAY 2, WEDNESDAY = DAY 3, THURSDAY = DAY 4

FRIDAY = DAY 5, SATURDAY = DAY 6, SUNDAY = OFF

STEP FOUR:

GATHER YOUR LEADS & PUT EACH CONTACT ON AN INDEX CARD (OR IF UR WORKING WITH LEAD SLIPS JUST USE THOSE, OR IF WORKING WITH PROFILE CARDS, JUST USE THOSE)

IF YOU ARE BRAND NEW YOU NEED AT LEAST 30 NAMES TO START WITH… RED JACKETS & THOSE LOOKING TO MOVE UP FAST SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 90 NAMES TO START WITH.

SPLIT YOUR 30 LEADS INTO 3 GROUPS OF 10 (IF WORKING WITH 90 – 3 GROUPS OF 30).

DECIDE WHICH GROUP OF 10 (OR 30) ARE THE FRESHEST/NEWEST LEADS – THESE ARE THE 10 YOU SHOULD CONTACT 1ST – PUT THEM IN YOUR MONDAY (DAY 1 FOLDER)… TAKE YOUR NEXT 10 & PUT IN YOUR TUESDAY FOLDER, NEXT 10 IN WEDNESDAYS FOLDER.

STEP FIVE:

GATHER THE SCRIPTS YOU NEED FOR YOUR DIFFERENT LEADS – THE SCRIPTS ARE ORGANIZED BY TYPE.

STEP SIX:

MAKE YOUR CALLS/COLOR YOUR BUBBLE SHEET & COLOR YOUR LEAD SLIP ACCORDINGLY/MOVE YOUR LEADS
