A、

1. The applicant must guarantee truth and accuracy of the above information and all requested data is provided before the appointed deadline. Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA）reserves the right to cancel applicationimmediately upon finding incomplete or false information.

2. Based on free-market concerns, TAITRA is entitled to lease its other showground to a third party for exhibitions of the same nature as the organizer holds at the same time or at consecutive periods.

3. If there are similar exhibition names and exhibition article categories, TAITRA hasthe right to suggest revision. After arrangement of show calendar,the organizer cannot revise or addexhibition organizer, co-organizer,exhibition name or article categories without TAITRA’s written authorization. Organizer and co-organizer are the common signingauthorities and their delegated persons arejointly guarantorsof the TAITRA EXHIBITION HALL LEASE AGREEMENT.

4. The application form composes part of the exhibition hall lease agreement. The product category, exhibition name,organization/co-organization name, exhibition regulation, exhibition plan and applicant kit ofeach kind of media advertisement etc,should be handled in accordancewith this application. Any difference, it will be regarded as violation of the contract, and TAITRA will have the right to cancel agreement immediately.

B、

1. The payer of invoices of rental fee, overtime fee andwater electricity feeshould be one of the organizers. The payer of invoices can’t be revised after decision.

2. The payee of the security deposit balanceshould be the above listed organization.

3. For other provisions please refer to「REGULATIONS FOR LEASING THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE TAITRA EXHIBITION HALL 」。
