Functional classes were defined using Mapman BINs (Tellström et al., 2007).

Enrichment was defined based on a Fisher's exact test using n>7 genes as a minimal BIN size to be considered (except for "brassinosteroids" in cluster 3 as several small BINs were overlapping) and p<0.05.
