The Recreation Commission held its regular scheduled meeting on Monday April 6, 2015, at the Reed Community Building, 33A Summer St., and Kingston, MA 02364.
Chairperson Brian Whidden called meeting to order at 7:05 PM
Members Present: Brian Whidden, Andy Davis, Melissa Bateman, , Kathy LaNatra, and Noelle Ballinger
Not Present: Debbie Doherty

None
Susan updated commission on maintenance projects. Susan stated drainage at Grey’s beach being looked at. Foot wash will be installed and replace where water bubbler was before. Susan stated that trying to open snack shack in time for the flag football program.
Kitchen at the Reed will be repainted.

CPC/Capital Planning project updates. Susan stated trying to have a contractor in place by June.
KYSO Updates
Susan discussed complex opening, field conditions, and parking condition. Commissioners ask about WiFi. Susan reminded Commission of the party for the parting officers of KYSO, this Friday.
Susan discussed the custodial schedule over the next few weeks, with Joe and Craig having time off.
Next Meeting date is Monday May 4, 2015, at 7:00 PM.
