  • Designed and implemented an automated Physical Inventory System that allowed monthly physical inventory levels and shrink figures to be downloaded into the General Ledger system automatically, for the world’s largest video rental chain at the time.

  • Designed and implemented an electronic matching system that matched store receipts to vendor billing. This system paid the matches automatically and reported exceptions for follow-up. This system was one of the first electronic matching systems in the world.
  • Designed and implemented a POS system for a sports/entertainment facility in Florida funded by Blockbuster Entertainment.
  • Coordinator and point person for yearly audit reporting and backup documentation relating to store and distribution center inventories and associated fixed asset depreciation.
  • Prepared yearly budget numbers relating to stores (approx. 3,000) and distribution center inventory levels and revenue – approximately $1.5 billion in sales.
  • Yearly budget forecasting for Inventory Control Accounting Department – approximately 25 employees.
