Mr. Robin Luce currently serves as Director of Client Services for Weber & Associates Consulting, a full service supply chain consulting company supporting the needs of those in the health care industry. Having joined Weber & Associates Consulting in 2008, Robin focuses his attention on optimizing and enhancing his clients’ supply chain operations through dynamic interface and conversion solutions. Beginning his career approximately fifteen years ago, during the past decade, Robin has successfully programmed hundreds of interfaces and conversions, bringing an influential and high-energy approach to his field of expertise. Consistently applying methodologies to engineering problems that others perceive as too challenging, has earned him a reputation as the best of the best. In fact, Robin has never encountered an interface or conversion problem he could not solve, thereby establishing a 100% success rate and completing millions of flawless transactions through his programs.

In recent times, Robin has led many companies through periods of change, collaborating with finance and materials management professionals to develop some of the most sophisticated and complex interfaces in healthcare, with full command of ETL and EAI methods and tools. One of his most recent projects required his focusing on Lawson AP functions to achieve margin-impacting operational improvements.

Prior to his consulting role with Weber & Associates Consulting, Robin worked in collaboration with Bon Secours Health Systems, successfully supporting over 100 data interfaces and conversions in a seven-year time frame. In his role, he engineered, directed, coordinated, programmed and served as interface and conversion lead for the Lawson implementation at over twenty hospital sites, located in seven states.

Adding to his long line of credits, Robin has developed his own interface and conversion life cycle, borrowing elements from his project management experience as well as from other specialists. While expediting the life cycle, he wears many different hats including that of systems analyst and programmer, a rare combination in his industry. Robin’s claim to success is securing all stakeholders in a conference room for two hours, literally working out the specified details and successfully completing a task within hours rather than the usual weeks. The development methods Robin uses are reputed to double the effect of what any single integration person could generally achieve.

Without question, Robin is a results oriented professional who consistently achieves success through innovation, dynamic leadership and technical expertise. His knowledge and understanding of conversion and interface is second to none, demonstrated by his consistently surpassing company expectations. In addition to his impressive conversion background, Robin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University, where he graduated with honors-Summa cum Laude. He has also completed Lawson 9.0 security module training, Lawson Administrator training and Lawson Process Flow training. Moreover, he has successfully integrated/converted Lawson S3 Systems, Parexcellence Systems, Omnicell, Ormis, Orbit, Siemens' Invision, Global, HBOC, Affinity, Owens & Minor's QSight, ImageNow, Epic's Optime, FKI Logistics' SpectrumPlus, HLS Systems, TPA Systems, Trendstar, Treasura, Crystal Enterprise, Gentran, and, ACH banking.

Robin is also proficient in the use of a broad range of high tech solutions including QSight, Omnicell, Parexcellence Systems, HLS Freight System, Pyxis, Invision, HBOC and Epic.
