COURSE DESCRIPTION / The DE School Safety Symposium will bring educators, school personnel and Administrators, Law Enforcement and First Responders together in a rich learning environment, providing valuable school safety information as well as an opportunity to build strong partnerships between educators
and first responders.
The symposium will be broken into a morning session which all participants will attend, and bring in Nationally recognized experts in the field of school safety. In the afternoon, there will be breakout sessions on “Best Practices” on safety response protocols and planning, with valuable hands on training.
At the completion of the symposium, educators will be awarded 4 non-academic hours.
