Dear Sir/Madam:
We are asking you to support our “Storm ‘98” all girl rep fastpitch softball team. You would be supporting girls age 12 and 13 for the 2010-2011 softball season.
This is our third year as a rep team and the girls have worked hard to obtain a position on “Storm ‘98 “. The season is shaping up to be an exciting season for all involved. All of the participants volunteer their time to ensure that girls who wish to participate at a competitive level and develop their softball skills have this opportunity.
As you can imagine, there are certain financial requirements to meet throughout the season. Our team is responsible forpurchasing new equipment, uniforms, rental of training facilities and tournament participation.
Our hope is thatyour company will support these girls with a sponsorship donationto help meet our goals and help our players to continue to further their softball careers as a Rep Team. Many girls go on to pursue sports scholarships and have even played at the world Olympics. You could help make this happen.
We offer two levels of sponsorship participation:
GOLD SPONSOR$250+
· Company name or Logo to appear on “Storm ‘98” banner
Banner is displayed at approx 24 games throughout our regular season in addition to 8 tournaments, the district finals and provincials.
· “Storm ‘98” team plaque for display at your business in appreciation for your support.
· Letter of appreciation signed by all the players.
SILVER SPONSOR $150+
· Picture of team and a letter of appreciation for your support.
If you can help support “Storm ‘98” for their 2010-2011 season, please make cheques payable to “Storm ‘98” and submit with your ‘camera ready’ logo. We will ensure that it is placed on our banner.
