We are offering an opportunity for a GP to join our well respected training practice, in the heart of Norfolk, where town meets country. We are looking (and will wait) for the right person to join our team. We are offering 4-5 sessions.
Our surgeries:
· APMS and PMS contracts held over 5 main sites and one branch offering diversity and interest – we have coastal, rural and town surgeries – each of them unique in their own way
· Other business interests in the Partnership including a Care Home, Occupational Health Company, Cataract and Dermatological Surgery in bespoke theatre, private cosmetic business, Orthopaedic Triage (multi skilled and Lower Back Pain service
· 21 Partner and 1 salaried GP Practice, with in house Paramedics and Nurse Practitioner support, plus extended specialist Nurse roles and a strategy to increase clinical support roles to GPs
· Supportive and well organised with established and skilled administrative staff including on-site IT team
· Full involvement in clinical decision making and development
· A training and teaching practice
· RCGP research Practice
· RCGP Quality Practice Award
· High QOF achieving 97 % in each surgery last year
· Rated ‘Good’ by the CQC in all surgeries inspected so far
· minor surgery clinics within the practice
· SystmOne clinical system
Your role:
· Initially a Fixed Share Partnership (Guaranteed sum) moving to 90 and 100 per cent share as agreed at offer stage
· 4-5 sessions per week
· No capital required initially
· Specialist interests encouraged
· To be a GP with good time-management and an interest in developing your role
