Disposal costs associated with water and soil collected during monitor well drilling, well development, well purging, aquifer testing, soil boring, excavation and ground water screening, and soil gas testing will be determined prior to actual disposal. The method and location must meet all applicable regulations and will require the approval of the KDHE Project Manager. Disposal costs will be based on cost plus applicable surcharge for subcontract or disposal facility pricing. Vendor costs will be in accordance with the following schedule.
