Supreme Court Cases

This assignment requires you to create a power point presentation on a Supreme Court case that you will present to the class. You may have one or two partner(s) to help you with the presentation. For this project, you may select your own partner(s). This project is worth 25 points.

Your presentation must have at least four slides.

1.  Title Slide – What is the name of your case and who is in your group?

2.  What is Your Case about? – Give the background of the case and the decision that was rendered?

3.  What impact did / does this case have? – Address the significance of this case. What precedent did this ruling set?

4.  Your opinion on this decision – Do you agree or disagree with the decision rendered by the justices?

Each slide should have a minimum font size of 32, and you should not have more than 25 words on each slide. Also, you are required to have at least one picture or clip art in your presentation. Remember these are the minimum requirements for your presentation. Save your presentation on a USB memory stick, and you will play it during your presentation. You are also required to email me your presentation () by 8 am on the day of your presentation. There will be no extensions. You will be penalized if it is turned in late.
