This is for a full time temporary 4 month vacancy.

Our Service Support team provides 2nd Line customer support for all Corporate and Operational ICT Systems / Equipment for our large complex ICT infrastructure.
You will be expected to provide 2nd line ICT support to our customers. Whilst working in the ICT Service Support team, you will be expected to liaise with our 1st and 2nd Line Support Staff and 3rd Party organisations to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
We are looking for a highly skilled technical person who possesses a minimum of 12 months experience of providing ICT 2nd line support. You will have experience of using Office 365, administrative tools such as MS Exchange Management Console, MDM systems and MS Active Directory within a 2nd line support capacity. You will have experience in providing diagnosis, fault finding and repairs to ICT equipment; combined with a high degree of knowledge in installing & commissioning ICT systems and equipment; along with providing second line support in a Windows 7 / Windows 10 / Office 365 environment.

To complement our existing technical team, you will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills, you should be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail. It would be advantageous if you have prior hands on experience of supporting mobilising equipment and PA Systems.

You should have 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics. Ideally, the applicant should possess or be studying for BTEC National/level 3 NVQ in a related ICT field or alternatively a recognised industry qualification e.g. MCSA/MCP. Consideration will be given to applicants offering relevant job experience, subject to references.

Interviews to be conducted on Monday 18th April, you will be required to undergo a written test.
