  1. Submit this Cover Sheet for each part number being submitted
  2. Each component, if required, to have a sheet with the part number separating them
  3. Each document must have BAE part number on it – preferably written at top
  4. Each document to identify the note number on the drawing –i.e. Note 3 is for 5083 cert. at 1.0 inches thick and Note 5 is for 7071 cert. at 0.5 inches thick. So note 3 would be written at the top of the respective cert as would ‘note 5.’
  5. For part submissions, documents must be submitted at the same time the parts ship
  6. For Source Requests, this must be submitted per the instructions on the Source Request Form
  7. For part RE-SUBMISSIONs, please DO NOT send the data to the mailbox. Rather, send to the person requesting the data.
  8. ONLY submit documents for the CDRs or drawing notes – retain any other document not required
