  1. Booking charges: Session 1: S$25.00 for weekdays & S$30.00 for weekends/PH/Eve of PH (non-refundable)

  1. Bookings:
  2. Only residents above the age of 18 with valid Resident cards are permitted to book the Karaoke Lounge.
  3. Bookings in person: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on weekdays

9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays.

  1. Strictly only residents above the age of 16 years with a valid Resident Card are permitted to book the Karaoke Lounge.
  2. Residents are required to complete the booking form obtainable at the Management Office. For reservation, payment by cheque or cash must be made by 10.00 am the latest on the next working day.

(1)Bookings can be made up to one (1) month in advance. The management must receive the booking payment by 10 am the next working day to secure the booking.

(2)Bookings are not transferable.

(3)Weekday includes Monday–Thursday. Weekend includes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday and eve of Public Holiday.

(4)Cancellation shall be made 1 week prior to the date of use. No refund shall be made for cancellation within 3 days of date booked.

(5)To discourage frivolous bookings, residents who fail to turn up and use the facility for two bookings without proper cancellation, shall be barred from booking the facility for the next 2 months.

(6)The resident is required to comply with the Rules and Regulations as stated herein.

(7)Each apartment is entitled to book one karaoke session per month.

  1. The resident shall ensure that there is not excessive noise or nuisance caused to other residents.
  2. Only light refreshments are allowed.
  3. Smoking and catering are not permitted in the Karaoke Lounge.
  4. Residents and their guests must ensure that the Karaoke Lounge is left in a clean and tidy condition after use.
  5. Inspection of the Karaoke Lounge shall be carried out by the Management to determine whether there has been compliance with the Rules and Regulations in respect of the facility to the satisfaction of the Management.
  6. The resident shall be responsible for any cost incurred to rectify any damage to the equipment and premises caused by the resident or their guests.
  7. The Karaoke Lounge is not to be used for any commercial, religious, political, company functions, or illegal activities.
  8. The Management will not be held responsible for any injuries, damage or loss of life, limb or property sustained by residents and their guests, however caused when using the facility.
