Supplementary Figure 2, Ingenuity Pathways Analysis.
Ingenuity Pathways Analysis of the effects of Pel. Shaded symbols indicate proteins identified from the input list. Red symbols are proteins that increased in abundance; green symbols are proteins that decreased. The color intensity indicates the degree of change. Grey symbols are proteins that were identified but did not change significantly in the DIGE analysis. Unfilled symbols are molecules in the Ingenuity network that were not identified in our study. Symbols such as for ATPase that show grey and red regions reflect protein families that showed differential responses of various isoforms. An asterix identifies multiple entries in the dataset that map to a single protein in the network database. In Ingenuity functions are represented by the shape of symbols: enzymes (diamonds), transcription regulators (oval), groups/complexes (double circle), kinases (triangle down), phosphatases (triangle up), transporters (trapezoids), cytokines (squares) and others (circles). An arrow indicates a direct action, a line indicates binding and a dotted line represents an indirect interaction.
