* In egl3-5712, T-DNA is inserted into the fourth intron. In gl3-7454, T-DNA is inserted into codon 93. try-29760 and ttg2-3 mutants are the T-DNA insertion lines SALK029760 and SALK148838, respectively, from the Salk Institute Genomic Analysis Laboratory collection. In try-29760, T-DNA is inserted into the coding region of the first exon. In ttg2-3, T-DNA is inserted into the second exon and replaced bases located at positions 48 to 56 from the start codon (Figure 1A). Both ends of the T-DNA are left border sequences.
