April 19, 2018

All applications are due no later than 4 pmon Friday, March 23, 2018. It is preferred that all applications be submitted electronically.

Late applicationswill not be accepted.

Organizational awards are data driven and have no application. Individual awards are open to all members of each fraternal organization. Chapters/colonies not in good standing with either the College or their National are not eligible for consideration for the organizational awards. Individual members of these groupsare eligible for consideration for awards so long as they did not have a role in the reason why the group is not in good standing.

CHAPTER MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD APPLICATION

To be eligible for consideration a nominee must have at least a 3.00 cumulative grade point average (GPA) and be in good social standing with the Collegeand their chapter/colony. Multiple brothers/sisters within an organization can be nominated. Self-nomination is appropriate.

OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD

There is no application for this award as it is data driven. Data will be compiled from the submitted Presidents Reports for the academic year to which this award pertains. Starting date will be July 1st with the final date for consideration being 2 weeks before the College’s Student Leadership Banquet.

For the 2017 – 2018 year, that date will be Thursday, April 5, 2018.

This award will be granted at the discretion of the Greek Honors Committee.

Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity is not eligible for consideration for this award only.

OUTSTANDING PHILANTHROPIC ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

There is no application for this award as it is data driven. Data will be compiled from the submitted Presidents Reports for the academic year to which this award pertains. Starting date will be July 1st with the final date for consideration being 2 weeks before the College’s Student Leadership Banquet.

For the 2017 – 2018 year, that date will be Thursday, April 5, 2018.

This award will be granted at the discretion of the Greek Honors Committee.

All fundraising must have been approved by the College’s Fundraising Request Committee.
