VENUE
WAArcheryCentre - Jules Steiner Memorial Drive, off Beechboro Rd North in the International Shooting Complex. The first driveway on the left in the WA Archery Centre just follow the signs.Whiteman Park is located 22km north of the Perth CBD right next to the swan valley; If you are staying in the city please allow time for traffic as it is a 45 min driveduring peak hour.

MEDICAL CONSENT
Minors (under 18 years of age) who will not have an accompanying parent/guardian must complete an ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Parent/Guardian Consent Form and provide this to the Organising Committee before the practice day.
APPEALS and PROTESTS
A $50 Appeal fee applies to each appeal and is required to be paid on the lodgement of the appeal. If the appeal is successful, the fee will be refunded. If the appeal is unsuccessful, the fee will be retained by the Organising Committee or refunded at its discretion.
CATERING
Catering will be available each day at the venue, ordering for lunches is daily before 10am. Bacon and egg rolls will be available each morning. There will be a variety of food and any special dietary needs, please feel free to contact us to discuss any special needs.
A coffee van will attend the venue each morning.
DRESS REGULATIONS
In order to present the best possible image for our sport, to our sponsors and to the general public, the Organising Committee will be enforcing ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Rules (7.10) in respect of athletes dress.
MEDALS
Medals will be awarded in accordance with the ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Rules (7.13.7). These will be awarded and presented at the venues on completion of each event.
PRESENTATION DINNER
Presentation dinner will be held in the Swan Valley at the Mallard Duck on Thursday the 9th of November from 6.30pm. An amazing menu has been selected, 3 courses will be serve including tea and coffee with presentations of awards and music.
RESULTS
Scoring will be live on line using IScored.today. Results will be published in Archers Diary with a link to the ARCHERY AUSTRALIA website.
RULES
All events will be conducted to World Archery, and Archery Australia Rules, as appropriate.
PARKING
Parking will be at the WA Gun club with a shuttle running to the archery venue, signs will be posted. Parking at the archery venue is by authorised vehicles only.
TRANSPORT
Transport arrangements are the responsibility of entrants.
