Why:Come and sell your items and buy from other Girl Scouts

Cost:$2.00 per girl includes patch. $1 entrance fee for additional children. Adults free.

Service Project: The Boys and Girls Club has expressed a continuing need for school supplies. If your troop is able to collect any items to donate, these would sincerely be appreciated.

Entrance bracelets and tickets will be distributed at the Oct. 29th leader meeting. If you are unable to attend, you must pick up from Elena Kaufman (address above).

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS:

No refunds will be given for entrance fees or tickets if the buyer does not attend.

Shopping tickets can be purchased at the event but we anticipate a line and recommend that you purchase some ahead of time.

If your troop is selling, remember the following:

  1. Each selling troop is asked to donate: baked good for cake walk (either purchased or homemade), roll of tape, one package of gift tags, and one roll of wrapping paper that has been pre-cut to ~8x8 to help avoid the scissor mess at the wrapping station.
  2. You will need to bring your own decorations, price list, etc.
  3. All transactions will be in tickets. Items must sell in increments of $0.50 with a max of $2.00.
  4. Setup can begin at Noon and cleanup must be complete by 4pm.
