FRIDAY June 12, 2015 - Please arrive at St. Sebastian Parish Byrider Hall parking lot at 12:00 p.m. to load your belongings into the vans. We will leave at 12:30 p.m. sharp to travel to Steubenville. Please make sure you bring a bagged lunch to eat on the road. We will stop and have a picnic near Tappan Lake. (Drinks will be provided)
SUNDAY June 14, 2015 - We will return to the Byrider Hall parking lot by 3:30 pm.
ð Cell phones, Pods/MP3 players cannot be used except for at night or in the vans. You are responsible for all items or valuables brought on the weekend. Leaving them at home is the best option! We want to participate and enjoy all that the conference has to offer with no distractions
ð Here is my cell phone number if your parents need us (330)-690-9235. Please know that cell phone reception is not strong in Steubenville, but I will be checking for messages regularly.
ð EMERGENCY phone at Steubenville is (740) 283-6500. Please tell them who you are trying to reach and that we are in the group listed under Cathy Sivec, St. Sebastian Parish Akron. They will find us and get us the message.
ð Don’t forget to pack…
o A sleeping bag & pillow (aero bed if you have one!)
o Fan (at least one in each room will be needed!)
o An alarm clock
o A watch
o Your shower stuff
o Your towel, washcloth
o Rain stuff … just in case!
o Extra spending $$ to purchase CD’s, books, t-shirts at Franciscan University Bookstore
o Appropriate, comfortable clothes
Please remember, there is a dress code!
Appropriate shorts, capris, t-shirts; comfortable shoes for walking
(LOTS of walking!); jacket, sweatshirt, or sweater for the evening sessions.
