SUMMER HOLIDAY CLUB 2015 - BOOKING FORM

The Springer’s Holiday Club opening hours are: 7:30am to 6:15pm.

To guarantee a place, all sessions must be pre-booked (via: post / email / telephone) and the times required must be specified at the time of booking. A ‘Registration Form’ must have been completed and on file for each individual child booked - this is a requirement of our Ofsted registration.

FULL DAY: The cost for 1stchild is £20.00 OR £18.00 for siblings

HALF DAY SESSION: The cost for 1stchild is £13.00 OR £11.00 for siblings

*NOTE: HALF-DAY TIMES are: 7:30am to 1:00pm OR 1:00pm to 6:15pm

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Full Payment of ‘Day Rate’ and any ‘Activity Extra’s’must be made in advance or at the start of each session (unless alternate arrangements have been agreed in advance).
  • ***NEW***Additional Wristband Activities: wristbands for additional activities are required for children to participate. Payment must be made in advance or on the day as follows:

Younique (£2), ANY Bouncy castle (£1), Willows Farm (£20), Woburn Safari Park (£20)

  • Refunds are not given for days booked but subsequently not used without 24hr prior notice.
  • Changes to confirmed bookings are discretionary (subject to availability and staffing).
  • Walk-in places cannot be guaranteed and will depend on numbers and the adult/child ratio.
  • Children bringing in their own personal belongings are required to be responsible for them and the club isin no way liable for any damages to these items.
  • Please ensure clothing and personal belongings are labelled and taken home at end of session.
  • The Club is a voluntary committee.

Information and Things to remember for the Holiday Club:

NB: In the summer we hope to spend as much time outdoors playing as possible so please ensure your child has a sun hat, sun cream, and a change of clothes if they wish to participate in the outdoor wet play (water pistols & water balloons!) All items of clothing and personal belongings to be clearly labelled.

Childrens Registration Forms

Please note we are currently updating EVERY childs registration details to ensure that we have the most up to date information. If you have not updated your Registration Form since Sep 2014 – you will be required to do so (please ask a member of staff).

Allergies & Medical Information

Please ensure your childs records are up to date regarding allergies and medical information. We have a few children with Nut Allergies, so would therefore ask that ALL childrens lunchboxes do not have any foods containing Nuts.

Basic Daily Activities (detailed plan available 1 week prior to holiday club start date):

  • Den Building: Optional -Group activity to see which group can build the safest and most impressive Den!
  • Nerf day: children welcome to bring your own (labeled) equipment – Foam Darts Provided. Parental permission required.
  • Temporary Tattoos: Optional – easy to remove temporary tattoos. Parental permission required.
  • Younique Dance Workshops (additional £2-00/day): Parental permission required. Professional Dance instructor for well known Younique Studio – teaching street dance sessions aimed at all ages. Fun & Energetic. Leaflet available!
  • Bouncy Castles; Subutteo & Jousting Inflatable (additional £1-00/day): For safety reasons these activities are carried out under strict supervision and children are not permitted to do somersaults or flips! Socks to be worn please. Parental permission required.
  • Springers Has Talent: Optional - A little fun to shine and show each other our talents. Not to be competitive but more aimed at building confidence and recognising how unique and special we all are.
  • Staff Dunking: Optional – Children get to take aim and soak the staff members. Fun for children…. Not so much for Staff!!!
  • Woburn Safari Park Trip - Limited spaces (additional £20-00): The whole group goes and there is no-one left at club so this needs to be a full day booking. We depart the school (using Chambers Coach Hire) at 9:30am and return at 5:30pm. A full day of animal viewing, boat peddling, playing, and indoor soft area. A text message will be sent out beforehand detailing childrens requirements for the day. Parental permission required.
  • Tye Dye (Bring in your own white ’labeled’ T-shirt or other similar sized item): Optional – we will provide 3 different colors and bands to create some nifty Tye Dye items. Parental permission required.
  • BBQ (additional £3-50): Optional – please advise if NOT having the BBQ. A basic BBQ of Hot Dogs (using pork sausages); Hamburgers; simple salad; crisps; ice cream and cold drinks. Please advise of dietary requirements at time of booking. Parental permission required.
  • Nail Art: Optional - A variety of Nail Polish Colours and accessories to make for fun manicures. Parental permission required.
  • Face painting: we only use Snazaroo face-paints! Parental permission required.
  • Scooter Day: Children welcome to bring in their own scooters and safety gear. Supervised by staff to minimize risk and to prevent injury. Weather permitting of course! Parental permission required.
  • Willows Farm Trip (additional £20-00): The whole group goes and there is no-one left at club so this needs to be a full day booking. We depart the school (using Chambers Coach Hire) at 9:30am and return at 5:30pm. A full day of animal viewing, petting of small animals, obstacle course and indoor soft area. A text message will be sent out beforehand detailing childrens requirements for the day. Parental permission required.
  • Movie Day: Optional – a day of chilling and watching movies and munching on popcorn. Parental permission required.
  • Crazy Hair Day: Optional – come in with Wild and Wacky Hair… its up to you – and only if you want to! – just for a giggle!
  • Super Hero Dress Up: Optional -Dress Up as your favorite Hero or villain – for a giggle!
  • Hawaii Beach Party & Disco (additional £3-00): Children welcome to dress up in hawaii outfits (please no inappropriate swim-wear) and join in . Supervised by staff to minimize risk and to prevent injury. Weather permitting of course! Parental permission required.
  • Fairlands Walk (weather permitting): a brief 15-20 minute walk and a change of scenery. Departing the school at 10am - setting up camp at the Park – and hopefully having our packed lunches and play there – before returning to the school at 4pm. Splashzone welcome so need small towel, suntan lotion & hat in a labeled bag. Speak to Jo if booking a *Half Day session* Parental permission required.
  • Mini Olympics: Optional -Fun group games with staff and children – all done for a giggle and enjoyment!
