The Summary of Requirements has been revised to correctly reflect the effective dates that were originally intended during the initial proposals of the requirements covered here, and in the Summary of Requirements for those requirements effective on July 15, 2005. It has been determined that Paragraphs 15.1.6 and 90.1 o) were inadvertently included in the group of requirements effective on January 15, 2005, when it was intended that they be included in the group of requirements effective on July 15, 2005. The correction is noted below and also appears in the Summary of Requirements accessible through this web site.
