Planning to host a Hospitality Suite during the 58thNGAT Annual Conference? Now is the time to make your reservation. Do not delay! Only a limited number of suites are available and they are going fast. To request a reservation, complete the form below and send it to NGAT with your deposit of $100.00. Deposits must be received by NGAT no later than 12 February 2017. Full payment for the suites will be made directly to NGAT at the Conference Registration check-in on 31 March 2017 or may be paid anytime in advance of the Conference.

Suite Types:Euro Suite and Executive Suites

Euro Suite Rate:$225 per night payable to NGAT.

Executive Suite Rate:$200 per night payable to NGAT.

Euro Suite Description:Offers a parlor area, wet bar and a mini-refrigerator. The parlor connects to two (2) double bed guest rooms for a total of three rooms with a combined entrance area.

Note: The Suite connects to two (2) double rooms. Please note: the connecting double bed rooms are atthe group rate of $121 per night per room plus taxes.

Executive Suite Description: Offers a parlor area, wet bar and a mini-refrigerator. The Executive Suites do not have connecting rooms. However, you can reserve the room next door to it.

Rules for the Hospitality Suites are

  • Hospitality Suites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • NGAT will contact you to discuss suite assignment after receipt of the Hospitality Suite Reservation form.
  • Food and alcoholic beverages may be taken into the Hospitality Suites, provided: It is done discretely.
  • There can be no printed invitations or handout material about the Hospitality Suite.
  • ALL food and beverage must be contained and consumed within the suite.
  • Food and beverages may also be ordered through the hotel catering department.
  • Guests visiting the suite must remain in the suites and not congregate in the hallways.
  • NO live bands in the suite.
  • Hospitality Suite check-in time is 3 p.m. on Friday, 31 March.
