Cross Country: Chris Starmer had nothing to add to his report.

The report was proposed by Tony Cheatham and seconded by Terry Back.

Sportshall: Jenny Grimwood reported that “following the departure of Tanya Spurling, there had been a lack of bodies to organise events resulting in a 2 year gap in Sportshall events. However floowing support from myself and Terry McEntee I am delighted to be able to inform you all that we have successfully organised 3 competitions. Two events for Under-11s and Under-13s and one for Under-15s.

“We used these local events to create (small) teams that went on to compete in the county finals in the Under-11 and Under-13, although we could not enter a full team in the Under-15s, we were able to identify individuals in the Under-15 boys to participate in the Under-15 age group.

“Having organised participation in both the local and county events it was decided that the work load involved is too much for two individuals to manage. There a Sportshall committee has been formed to share the burden.

“Moving forward the first meeting wil take place on Wednesday 12 March.”

Terry McEntee endorsed the report.

The report was proposed by Terry Back and seconded by Karin Mead.

7.Reports from Delegates:

Eastern AA: Joe Mower reported that there had been no Eastern Counties Cross Country championships as the Eastern did not have a Cross Country Secretary or a General Secretary and no-one else was prepared to put them on.
