Q: Can I register now and pay the fee by cash on the day?

No, since we are expecting a large number of participants, it won’t be feasible for us to accept cash payments on the day. However, if the options of paying by cheque or direct credit do not suit you, please contact Hemant Thakkar on 0800 11 22 33 and we can work out an alternative payment option for you.

Q: Can I decide on the day of the conference which discussion session to attend?

It is important for us to know how many people are interested in each session to enable us to assign appropriately sized rooms. We also need to make seating arrangements and assign resources such as Sign Language interpreters for each room, as required. Therefore, it is essential that you indicate your preference on the registration form. However, if you do change your mind later, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
