GOLDEN KEY HONOUR SOCIETY EXECUTIVE MEETING. 4/5/10. 5:30-6:10 PM

Topics: Bake Sale, Bake Sale Shifts, Bake Sale Prices/Drop Offs, End of the Year Social, Honorary Member Appreciation Day, GRA/GTA Banquet

Minutes: 40 minutes

ATTENDANCE:Officers: Anna Binder, Caroline Meyer, Katie Hildebrand, Elias Logan, Veronica Lynn Taylor, Shen Shen.

Meeting Events:

  1. President Anna Binder called meeting to order and began the meeting by discussing the topics that would be covered during the meeting.
  2. President Anna Binder discussed the bake sale that will take place Saturday April 10th outside of Walmart. It was noted what officers will be attending and what shifts they will cover. It was also noted that the drop off for the bake sale will be on Friday April 9th between 7 pm and 12 am at Founders Hill Apartment Complex. Members were notified earlier in the week via email that they need to drop off their bake sale items during this time. It was noted that a cash bag is still needed for the bake sale.
  3. The officers then announced any updates:
  4. GRA/GTA Appreciation Chair Katie Hildebrand announced that there have been nominations made and that she will be sending out an email regarding the meeting that will take place sometime the following week for the GRA/GTA committee to evaluate the nominees. It was also noted that the deadline for nominations will possibly be extended because currently their are only 4 nominees.
  5. President Anna Binder announced that the end of the year social will take place on May 4th at 6:30 pm and during this time the Scholarship winners will be announced.
  6. It was noted that at the next all member meeting, which will be held April 19th, members will make gifts for the chapters Honorary Member Appreciation Day. It was also noted that the chapter received at $25.00 donation from Hy-Vee, which will go towards these gifts.
  7. President Anna Binder made her closing statements and thanked all officers for attending the meeting.
