Sealed offers are invited for supply of gun metal bushes as per the drawings enclosed. The material of construction and the quantity to be supplied is mentioned in the drawings. (Ref enclosed drawing No. 57.4.01.029 to drawing No. 57.4.01.037)
Your offer should be for supply of the items including transportation and delivery at our factory. The rate should include the basic price, taxes and duties, packing and forwarding charges. The purchase order would be placed on the lowest quoted tenderer (L1) and for arriving at the L1 status, the total price (net delivered price) of all the bushes would be considered. The offer may be given in the enclosed price bid format.
Your offer should be sent in sealed envelope superscribing as “ Offer for supply of Gun Metal Bushes ” addressed to Manager(Commercial), Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., Technology and Product Development Centre” P4/1, Oil Installation Road, Paharpur, Kolkata-700088. The due date for submiiting the offer is 09.09.2013. Offer received through e-mail,fax and offer received after due date of tender opening due to postal delay would not be accepted.
