Study Club Leaders can contact Trent and he will let leaders know what the status is.

What has Ryan Cleary done to grow Rich’s club? Letters to each new owner?

Talk to your CEREC Specialist. It is in their interest that someone is helping THEIR clients be successful.

Set boundaries – Can’t have leaders give more than they are getting or teaching these members everything. Need to have some of these hints in documentation for leaders.

Study Club leaders are not to do “training meetings”. Participants need to have ownership. Set expectations what a meeting is. Participants need to be prepared to add to a meeting. Up to the leader to set the expectations.

Can they have randoms attend?

That’s up to the leaders. Of course, cerecdoctors.com would like them to become Academy Members. We hope after the Symposium, the benefits of being a member are self-evident. We also believe Academy Members will be more engaged which will help with meetings.

Need to streamline the CE process!!

Trent has all the requirements for getting credits for the meetings. So we are clear, CE is ONLY available to Academy Members.

Can we get specialists on board by bringing in new owners to meetings?

Contact your CEREC Specialist. Once again, it is in their best interest.

NY/NJ Patterson not as big a player – so is it really beneficial to deal with them?

How do we drive interest? People stop having interest in the club and stop coming. How do we change this – finite space? Limit attendees? Hold people accountable? Give them direction? Treat them like patients?

Let people know there is limited attendance. Leaders don’t have to let on what it is. Charge, even if minimal. Participants have “skin in the game”. Once again, set expectations.

Great idea to share files. We can help. Also, there is a whole section of website that has files that have been uploaded for help. Take advantage of it.

How do we have events? What are dues?

A good question to ask on the Mentor forum to get ideas.

How do we get list of customers or owners in the area? Some branches aren’t willing.
