Student Assignment Sheet April 24-28, 2017 – MULTIMEDIA and WEBPAGE DESIGN
Monday - Using Adobe Illustrator, create an Infographic using the Culture Grams Website. Students will use the Culture Grams website to identify characteristics of a certain country – cannot be the US. Then create an Infographic using Adobe Illustrator. Worksheet is attached. Submit to the Moodle under Topic 2 – Culture Grams Infographic Upload. (Full period)
Tuesday – Using Adobe InDesign, create a 4 page restaurant menu of your choice. Under RESOURCES in the Moodle, there is a PDF file on how to set up InDesign for the menu. Then at the bottom of Topic 1, there is the rubric for the menu and the upload. (Full period plus first half on Wednesday if needed)
Wednesday- Using Adobe Illustrator, create your own Google Doodle. An example is in Topic 2 at the bottom. Upload your Google Doodle to the Moodle at the bottom of Topic 2. Make sure to export in some other file than an .ai. (First half – restaurant if needed, second half of period – Google Doodle.
Thursday - Using the idea of a Google Doodle, you will be creating 2 Google Doodles.
One will be in Fireworks as an animated Gif. This should be at least 25 states of movement and exported as an animated gif (.gif).
Second one will be in Animate and exported out as a .SWF.
Upload both of these at the bottom of Topic 3 where it says : Assignments when Mrs. Bey is Out
Friday - Using Adobe Illustrator, create an Angry Bird. The video tutorial is under RESOURCES for Illustrator – Making Your own Angry Bird. You will follow the tutorial, and export your file to something other than .ai. Upload to the Moodle under Topic 3 where it says : Assignments when Mrs. Bey is Out. Select Angry Bird link.

If you finish all of these assignments on any given day, here is your other assignment to stay busy!!!!
Go to the web address: Click on the LEARN icon. Scroll down to SPOOKY SCENE ILLUSTRATOR Project 4. Using these 8 videos, you will create your own Spooky Scene in AI. Remember, export out as something other than .ai. Upload to the Moodle under Topic 3 where it says : Assignments when Mrs. Bey is Out – Spooky Scene.
Power BLOCK on Monday 4/24/17: ASSIGNMENT – Students will continue to work on the Culture Gram Infographic from 1st period.
Friday – 4/28/17 – You must work on any assignments from this week. If you are all caught up, you can take practice assignments in Review Units 1,2, and 3.02. Tell substitute your score, and I will replace lowest quiz grade.
