All advance bookings should be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of £100. Full payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date, or 28 days before the course start date – whichever occurs first. PCL reserve the right to charge interest and costs of recovery on late payments.All credit card payments (but not debit card payments) will incur a 3.5% additional fee to cover the cost of the credit card negotiation fee as charged to PCL. Please refer to PCL’s full Terms and Conditions for more information on payment terms.

6. Terms and Conditions - Signature Required

PUBLIC COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Course Bookings

1. Full payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date, or 28 days before the course start date – whichever occurs first.

2. PCL reserves the right to change the details of courses and other services without prior notice.

Cancellation

3. Refunds cannot be made on cancellations received less than 10 working days before the course starts. Cancellations made between 28 and 10 working days before the start of the training course will be eligible for a 50% refund.

4. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the start of the training course will be refunded, subject to point 9.

5. Advance Booking Deposits of £100 are non-refundable.

6. If PCL cancels a course, for any reason, a full and complete refund will be made.

Rescheduling

7. Please note that rescheduling to another course is permitted up to 10 working days before the original course date, subject to points 9 and 10.

8. Rescheduling less than 10 working days before the beginning of the course will be considered to be a cancellation and you will be charged the full course fee. A re-booking is then required for the new course date at the full course price.

9. You are eligible to transfer from one course to another ON NO MORE THAN 2 OCCASIONS within a 12 month period. Thereafter transferring from one course to another on an alternative date will be treated as a cancellation and will be charged at the full rate. A re-booking is then required for the new course date at the full course price.

10. Please note that refunds cannot be made on courses that have been rescheduled.

Course Fees Pertaining to the Registration of Qualified Test Use (RQTU)

11. Please note that you must attend the 1 day HPI, 1 day MVPI and 2 day HDS course (1 day HDS and HDS Advanced) in order to be eligible to register your qualification on the RQTU.

12. You must submit a number of additional exercises to your course Tutor after the training, an additional charge of £100 + VAT per instrument will be applicable for the marking of these exercises.

13. The additional exercises must be submitted within one year of your course date.

Surcharge: Test User Occupational Ability and Personality Course Work Submissions

14. All course work should be submitted within a 3 month deadline from the end date of TUA and TUP courses. Any corrections following feedback should be submitted within a reasonable time after this date. Failure to do so may result in an administration charge.

15. A surcharge of £50 will apply for any course work submitted between 3-6 months after the course.

16. A surcharge of £20 per exercise (with a maximum charge of £200) will apply for any course work submitted between 6 months - 1 year post course end date.

17. Consultancy rates apply for any additional course work submitted for marking after a 1 year period.

Surcharge: Conversion Course Work Submissions

18. All conversion course (HPI, HDS, MVPI, EQ-i2.0®, EQ360®) submissions should be received within 1 month of the course end date. Any corrections following feedback should be submitted within a reasonable time after this date. Failure to do so may result in an administration charge.

19. A surcharge of £50 will apply for any course work submitted between 1-6 months after the course.

20. Consultancy rates apply for any additional course work submitted for marking after a 6 month period.

Surcharge: Distance Learning Course Work Submissions

21. The distance learning course is designed to move at the trainees own pace. However all course work should be completed within a 9 month period. Any corrections following feedback should be submitted within a reasonable time after this date. Failure to do so may result in an administration charge.

22. A surcharge of £20 per exercise (with a maximum charge of £200) will apply for any course work submitted between 9 months - 1 year from the course start date.

23. Consultancy rates apply for any additional course work submitted for marking after a 1 year period.

E-manuals

24. Please note that non-printable e-manuals are provided for all Hogan training. Please tick the following box(es) if you wish to order a hard copy version of the Hogan HPI, MVPI and/or HDS manuals (at the additional cost of £70 per manual). These will be made available to you on the course date.
