RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following rules are intended to make the use of our StressReliefCenter comfortable and secure. The use of the center will be monitored by Management and Supervisory employees. Employees who violate these rules risk losing their privilege of using the room. These rules do not supersede any other Great Plains rules and should those rules be violated during the use of the Stress Relief Room disciplinary action shall apply.

  1. You may use the ExerciseCenter only after you have signed the release form.
  1. The center may be used during the workday provided the noise level is kept low. This is a disruption not only for training sessions, meetings, etc. in the Laser Tech Conference Room next door, but also to the employees on the first floor.
  1. The center is available to employees and family members only. Family members are to use the center only when a Great Plains’ employee is with them to let them in the building and a Great Plains’ employee is in the center with them. Under no circumstances should a Great Plains key be given to a family member to gain entrance to our building.
  1. The center is not to be used for boxing, wrestling or any other contact sport.
  1. Horseplay, practical joking and any other forms of disorderly conduct are prohibited.
  1. Proper and appropriate clothing that provides necessary support and protection is required to be worn.
  1. Use of the center is limited to 10 people at any one time.
  1. Exercise time is limited to 45 minutes when other exercisers are waiting.
  1. Possession or consumption of food, drink, or tobacco is prohibited in the center. Water is the only exception.
  1. The center will not be used by any employee after the use of or while under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
  1. Employees and family members need to change shoes before using any equipment when coming in from outside.
  1. Employees must clean up after themselves and family members in the stress relief center as well as the restrooms/locker rooms. This includes cleaning perspiration off any equipment used and making sure personal exercise equipment is put away and kept clear from the walkways.
  1. Employees must provide their own towels for after-exercise showers.
  1. Great Plains accepts no responsibility for personal property left in the center, lockers, or shower room.
  1. Locking devices for the lockers are the responsibility of the employee.
  1. For your own safety, it is recommended that you not exercise alone.
  1. Forfeiture or limitation of use of the StressReliefCenter may be made at any time.
