  • Major updates on already logged risk and issues.
  • Significant risks that are new or about to be realised (i.e. about to become an Issue
  • New problems or concerns (with the expectation that at the next meeting these will be either satisfactorily resolved or developed into formal risks / issues.
Note: this box should not simply be a list of key risks or issues from existing registers. Risks and issues should continue to be managed through maintained risk & issue registers and discussion at appropriate boards.
