City of Oak Park Heights, Mike Runk - New Hotel in progress, Web campaign video promoting Oak Park Heights for business & new residents.
Stillwater IBA, Sherri Hopfe - 1st art of the year, Ice Castle has been really helpful for business, concern about parking in downtown
Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, Robin Anthony - 2nd Annual winter gala committee awards celebration, Tops & Topics on Apil 11, 2018 at the Lowell Inn with mayor of Oak Park Heights & Stillwater will answer questions for community, Community show case coming on April 14, 2108 to educate Stillwater community about our town.
Fresh Avenue Marketing, Christie Rosckes - - Madden Media – Audio Web Conference used in their presentation to introduce their digital agency
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Motion to approve membership to the Minnesota Association of CVBs for $475.- Alex Rojas/Chuck Dougherty/All – Approved
Motion to approve $500.- yearly amount for Minnesota Attorneys and Growth College for lobbing to the state with the purpose to obtain more money directed to tourism – Chuck Dougherty/Alex/All – Approved.
Motion to approve$.400.-for the community show case to help to educate locals about Stillwater – Alex Rojas/Heidi Rosebud/All - Approved
Motion to Approve $35,000.- for the services of Madden Media for the Marketing Digital Campaign 2018 – Chuck Dougherty/Alex Rojas/All – Approved.

CVB Board Members position elections:
New procedure for Board Members election was proposed by Alex Rojas
Chuck Dougherty elected as new president of CVB
Heidi Rosebud elected as new Vice President
Treasurer position remains open until next election
